The service

Rents Watch records asking rents and availability published by selected building websites. Information may be delayed, incomplete, or changed by a property after we observe it. Always confirm price, fees, availability, and lease terms directly with the property before relying on them.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and for providing accurate account information. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of law.

Paid plans

Plan prices, renewal periods, and included features are shown before checkout. Recurring plans renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel a recurring plan from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available without a guarantee that every listing or change will be captured. To the extent permitted by law, Rents Watch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party property information.
