Information we collect

We collect account details you provide, saved searches and alerts, and technical information needed to operate, understand, and secure the service. PostHog records aggregate purchase outcomes needed to operate the business. With your permission, it also records page visits, selected product actions, and masked session replays. Form inputs are masked, and we do not send email addresses or raw search text to analytics. Stripe processes payment details; Rents Watch does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide searches, history, alerts, subscriptions, customer support, fraud prevention, and service reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

We share data only with providers that help run Rents Watch, including Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, PostHog, and our email provider. We retain data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for product improvement, security, legal, and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from alerts using the link in an email. To request access, correction, or deletion of account data, contact us through the contact page. You may allow or decline persistent analytics at any time.
