- What does Rents Watch Pro add?
- Twice-daily email digests when we detect price or availability changes to a saved search or watched unit, and full price history instead of the last 7 days. No email is sent when nothing changes.
- How much does Rents Watch Pro cost?
- $14.99 for 30 days as a single payment, $29.99 every 3 months, or $99.99 per year. The quarterly and annual plans renew until you cancel; the 30-day plan does not renew.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Cancel the quarterly or annual plan at any time from Manage billing and Pro stays on until the period you already paid for ends. The 30-day plan simply expires.
- Who can subscribe?
- Rents Watch Pro is priced in US dollars. Payment-method availability and any currency conversion are determined by Stripe and your payment provider.
- Where does the rent data come from?
- Rents Watch reads the asking rents and availability that each building publishes on its own website, rechecking continuously and recording each change. It is not a listing broker and charges no broker fee.
- Which areas are covered?
- Selected rental buildings around New York City, including Manhattan neighbourhoods and the Hudson waterfront. The areas page lists current coverage and takes requests for what to add next.
