Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring quarterly or annual plan at any time from Manage billing. Access continues through the period already paid for and the plan will not renew. A 30-day pass is a one-time purchase and expires automatically.

Refund requests

Payments are generally non-refundable after access begins. If you were charged in error, experienced a material service failure, or believe the law entitles you to a refund, contact us promptly with the account email and charge date. We review requests individually and do not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
